Make Your Own Fun Where You Are

Farming is a 24/7/365 job. Whether it's the cows that need care and milking, the chickens that need their eggs gathered before the cold weather cracks them, or the lavender that needs to be processed, we don't get away much. But we 'get out' plenty!

Instead of heading to the ski slopes, we love to sled with a little assistance from the handy-dandy farm machinery we are blessed to have in our possession. A little creativity right in our backyard (and a lot less expense) provides multiple fun opportunities when we use what we've got. Plus, we don't get snow in the car!
